Due to the small number of juniors at most clubs we (the junior race organisers) invite the Albury, Shepparton and Lavington juniors to compete in our club championships with a regional champion for male and female in each age category being recognised and presented on the day.

The Wangaratta Club will be presenting its club championship medals on Sunday 17th August at the Beechworth Rail Trail ITT event. Other clubs are invited to use the regional championship for their own club championships using their own format for presentation or joining us at Beechworth also. Championships will be awarded on aggregate time over two events raced in age groups.

Coming events for the Wangaratta Junior racing:

saturday 5th July: ITT's at the clubrooms. The juniors will have the opportunity to use the state champs start ramp to practice their starts.

saturday 12th July: Group rides using the relevant state championships courses

saturday 17th July: Teams Time Trials in Ballarat, if you are planning to enter this event then please let me know so we can organise entries. Other riders if you want a group ride then please let me know so it can be organised otherwise enjoy a week off.

Saturday/Sunday 26/27th July: VIctorian State Championships: entries must go through CSV at lease two weeks prior to the event, this is hosted by the club but is an open event and entries are collected by CSV not the club.

Saturday 2nd August: Wangaratta Club Championships and Regional Championships 1pm ITT and 2.30pm RR. Please email or phone entries through so we can organise medalions etc.

Friday 8th August: This is a Friday: Border Zone final Schools Championships, again this is a CSV event and entries can be made on line through the CSV Website.

Sunday 17th August: Club Championships presentation and ITT at the Beechworth Rail Trail.
